Haritaki: The Divine Fruit of Rejuvenation

Haritaki is one of the most revered herbs in Ayurveda and is widely used by Dr. Varun Ram Raj, one of India’s leading experts in Ayurveda. The scientific name of Haritaki is Terminalia chebula. Haritaki is valued for its deep cleansing, rejuvenating, and balancing properties. It mainly balances Vata dosha, though it can help pacify all three doshas depending on its usage.
